Detailed steps to JAS ONLINE registration

- Check the terms of use (click “Terms of Service” at the bottom right of the screen)
STEP 3
- Download registration application (Click “Download registration application” at the bottom center of the screen)
JAS-OL_RegistrationForm.xls will be downloaded.
STEP 4
Please fill in the required information on the downloaded application form. Or print it out and fill it out.
STEP 5
Please send the completed application form to the following e-mail address.
